Please refer to the sizing board to order the right head wrap size! This is a general guideline, babies heads vary. If you need help with sizing, please reach out to me! 

If there was a mistake on my part, please let me know so we can make it right! I will accept returns, or offer a refunds. It will be discussed case by case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it before refund is issued. 

To start a return, you can contact me at atabb10@yahoo.com, or via Facebook messenger (Preferred). If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. **REFUND ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNTIL ITEM IS RECEIVED BY SELLER.**

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once I have received the item. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
